The Citizen CB1160-55E combines a compact titanium case with a black dial and advanced radio-controlled technology. Thanks to its case diameter of just 37.5 mm, the watch has a refined look and is ideal for those who want modern features without a large sports watch on their wrist.
Citizen uses Super Titanium for both the case and the bracelet. This keeps the weight at around 81 grams and makes the watch feel considerably lighter than many comparable steel models. The black dial, silver-coloured hands and clear hour markers create a timeless look.
The anti-reflective sapphire crystal helps protect the dial from scratches and improves readability in bright ambient light.
A great deal of technology is hidden beneath the simple three-hand layout. When a suitable radio signal is available, the watch can automatically synchronise its time. Without a radio signal, the specified deviation is approximately 15 seconds per month.
With Direct Flight, you can easily switch between 26 time zones, making this Citizen particularly practical for frequent travellers. A perpetual calendar accounts for varying month lengths and leap years without you having to manually adjust the date each time.
The H149 movement also utilises Perfex, whereby magnetic resistance, shock detection and automatic hand position correction work together to ensure the time display remains reliable. Thanks to Eco-Drive, the watch is continuously recharged whenever sufficient light is available. The black dial keeps all the technical features visually in the background.
