As far as we’re concerned, the Citizen Tsuyosa Shore Timeslip NJ0238 57E Limited Edition is one of the most striking Citizen watches of 2026. A cool Limited Edition, water-resistant, with a particularly beautiful dial and warm gold-coloured details. But it’s also a well-equipped watch from a technical perspective, featuring an automatic movement and sapphire crystal. With the Timeslip, you’re also wearing a unique model, limited to 12,000 pieces worldwide. We’ve taken a closer look at this watch for you and filmed it. In the video below, you can take a closer look at this Citizen Tsuyosa Shore for yourself.
Some watches you really just have to see in the flesh. And that’s tricky when it comes to a watch that isn’t just sitting in any shop window or on any shop shelf. The Citizen Tsuyosa Shore Timeslip NJ0238 57E is a prime example of this.
In the official product photos, this Citizen already looks quite special, but the dial in particular deserves some extra attention. The black colour features a subtle gradient into grey and a striking texture. Combined with the gold-coloured hour markers, hands and details on the bezel, this gives the watch a lovely vintage look.
Citizen’sTsuyosa collection has now become quite popular. We can certainly see why. These Citizen watches offer an attractive design, a reliable movement and a finish that you’ll certainly appreciate in this price range. What’s more, there’s a huge choice of colours, and even the case size varies.
With the Tsuyosa Shore Timeslip, Citizen has added something extra. The sporty case, the unidirectional rotating bezel and the distinctive colour combination give the watch a character all of its own.
The case has a diameter of 40 millimetres and is fitted with sapphire crystal. The water resistance of 10 bar is also a welcome bonus. This means this Citizen is not only attractive to look at, but also perfectly suited to everyday use.
Inside this Tsuyosa ticks the Citizen calibre 8210. This mechanical movement winds itself automatically whilst being worn and has a power reserve of approximately 42 hours.
The great thing about automatic watches is, of course, that they don’t require a battery. The movement of your wrist keeps the movement running, so you’re wearing a genuine mechanical timepiece. Thanks to the transparent case back, this Tsuyosa also allows you to take a peek at the inner workings.
These are the sort of details that delight us as watch enthusiasts!
What makes this model particularly interesting is its limited run. Citizen is producing just 12,000 pieces of the NJ0238 57E worldwide.
This means this watch is one of the limited-edition timepieces that stand out from the regular collection.
Of course, we cannot predict whether this Citizen will become a sought-after collector’s item in the future. But the combination of its distinctive design, mechanical engineering and limited production makes it, in our view, an interesting piece even now.
Have you become just as enthusiastic about this Citizen as we are after watching the video? Then you can view all the specifications, photos and current availability on the product page.
