In late 1972, Citizen designed an automatic chronograph with "bullhead" construction, with the crown and chronograph pushers on the top of the case. This model later resulted in the launch of the Tsuno Chrono, Japanese for "horned chronograph", in early 1973.
The new Tsuno watches incorporate a hand-assembled movement with the signature Eco-Drive technology. With that much-loved bullhead structure In a 45 mm case, the watch has a 1 / 5th second flyback chronograph, tachymeter, alarm, date, luminous hands and markers, and is finished with beautifully domed sapphire crystal.
The Citizen AV0080-88E Promaster Land Tsuno is made of Super Titanium, which is perfect for people who prefer not to wear steel watches because they are allergic to it or get rashes, for example. The advantage of titanium watch is that it is very light yet extra strong and anti-allergic.
That the crown and pushers are not placed on the side of the watch but on the top is not only beautiful but especially comfortable.
The dial of the Citizen AV0080-88E Promaster Land Tsuno features the stopwatch, date display, battery indication and alarm. This watch also has a tachymeter. This wristwatch has a modern Eco-Drive movement that gets its energy from light. So you will never need to replace a battery. Unreflective sapphire crystal ensures that you will always be able to read the time clearly.
