If you buy a watch at WatchXL, your package will be shipped worldwide & secured with UPS. You can choose for either standard or express shipping and it takes only 1-5 days to arrive at your location, depending on the chosen shipping method and the country of delivery. We will always send you a confirmation e-mail and the track and trace to make sure that you'll know where the package is and when it will be delivered. At WatchXL you can count on perfect service before and after your purchase.
Express delivery
It's also possible to send your parcel with Express delivery. By using this service your parcel will be fully insured and moreover, it's much faster. After processing your order it will take only 1-3 work days to deliver the parcel at your address. The costs of Express shipping depends on the country and will be revealed during the checkout process. Prices start at € 9.95.
Shipping address
Your order will be shipped from our warehouse in The Netherlands to the address of your choice. You can get the parcel delivered at your home address, neighbours or friends. Of course it's also possible to get it delivered at your work address. Please note that it is your responsibility to provide a correct shipping address.
We ship all orders from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Deliveries to countries outside the European Union are shipped without VAT. Depending on your country and order value, you may need to pay additional fees to the courier (such as import duties, handling fees, and/or local VAT). These costs vary by country and purchase amount.
The countries of the European Union are: Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania , Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic and Sweden.
For countries outside the European Union delivery will take place with UPS and takes only 1-5 days to arrive but this also depends on the processing time of the customs authorities in your country. We don't have any influence on these formalities.
About VAT
All prices shown in our shop include VAT. However, once you enter a delivery address outside the EU, prices will be displayed excluding VAT. This means you do not pay EU VAT, but you may be charged local VAT and/or import duties in the destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
This applies to all countries not mentioned above outside the European Union and affects countries such as Switzerland, United Kingdom, Norway, United States, Australia, Israel, Japan, Canada, Turkey, India etc.
