On the TW Steel CS129 Canteen, the black sub-dials immediately catch your eye. They stand out strikingly against the matt ice-blue background and give this Men's watch a sporty look. The chronograph allows you to measure elapsed time, for example during a training session. The push-buttons operate the stopwatch, whilst the normal time continues to run. The small 24-hour hand also indicates whether the displayed time belongs to the first or second half of the day. The date window shows you at a glance which day of the month it is.
The VD53 quartz movement is battery-powered. So you don’t need to wind this Canteen when you alternate it with another watch. TW Steel states a battery life of approximately three years, depending on usage. That makes the CS129 practical if you mainly want a watch to put on and wear.
The black coating gives the stainless steel case a robust look. Reinforced mineral glass protects the dial. The TWCS129 combines a moisture-resistant silicone/rubber strap with 10 ATM water resistance, suitable for swimming. Keep the crown closed and do not operate the buttons whilst underwater.
